Tyler (KETK) — We're sliding toward another election season before long. After the May runoffs, we're looking right at the mid-terms for November.
And already, the strategery of some is showing.
Write this down: The evils of the word will be blamed on the Koch brothers.
The Koch brothers are very rich conservatives who give to conservative causes. They are the George Soros for the right.
You can hear every liberal talking head blame every problem and almost every one of their candidates who are defeated were defeated not because of ideas, but influential, dirty, filthy money from the Koch brothers.
Libs claim them to pass out more campaign money than anyone else. Except, once again, they get everything wrong.
After research from the Washington examiner, guess who the biggest givers to politics is? UNIONS. The maligned Koch brothers, 58th.
So, who occupies the 58 spots ahead of the Evil Koch Bros? Six of the top 10 are -- wait for it -- unions. They gave more than $278 million, with most of it going to Democrats.
These are familiar names: AFSCME ($60.6 million), NEA ($53.5 million), IBEW ($44.4 million), UAW ($41.6 million), Carpenters & Joiners ($39.2 million) and SEIU ($38.3 million).
In other words, the six biggest union donors in American politics gave 15 times more to mostly Democrats than the Evil Koch Bros. Wall Street and Act Blue, too.
So, keep your head on a swivel this next two years. You're going to hear a lot of.......spin.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
