Alto (KETK) — The Alto Lady Jackets have won 16 straight district championships.
In all that time they've only lost two district games.
That's an amazing record of achievement.
Beware of the Mean Sting.
"We've had a really great season," said Alto right fielder Dariyana Moore. "We have a great shot at winning state."
"It's an awesome feeling to keep it going," said Alto pitcher Madison Crisp.
"We've pushed through clutch situations," said Alto left fielder Carenza Johnson. "We did what we had to do to get the wins and be a successful team this year."
"We've got the girls that play softball," said Alto coach Luke Balkcom. "That's what they love."
"They come out every day and work hard and are ready to go come game time," Balkcom added.
