East Texans talk back to KTBB's Garth Maier if they're for or against the board's decision.

One school board near Cape Cod okays giving elementary age children condoms.
The state's governor says he's upset about the decision, but the board vote was unanimous.
No outrage from the community, but East Texans have plenty to say about it to our new partner: KTBB and host Garth Maier.
