TYLER - New information from the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
There's a website showing patient experiences with hospitals.
when comparing Longview Regional, East Texas Medical Center, Mother Frances Hospital, and Good Shepherd, the results show patients ranked all hospitals below the 90th percentile for patient experience.
The good news is the outcome of major medical procedures in these four hospitals doesn't differ from the national average.
Some East Texans say they have faith in the local health facilities, but they say bedside manner could improve.
"My mom just recently got hurt and she's dealt with doctors who lived by the computer and ones who listened to her wholeheartedly," Priscilla Bekka says.
