LONGVIEW - Parts of Longview are getting a face lift to make the city safer and more inviting.
The city, police and fire departments along with local churches, volunteers and residents will all be apart of "RENEW Longview"
Stamper Park in South Longview is the first neighborhood to get renewed.
Streets will be fixed, vacant houses will be made safe and officers say there will be zero tolerance for criminal activity.
Officials say, all expenses for "renew longview" will be covered by the city.
