Massachusett's legislature approves bill that takes-out electoral college vote in next presidential election.
Massachusetts state legislature okays bill rendering the electoral college vote useless in the next presidential election.
If the governor signs the bill into law, the state will throw it's popular vote behind voters in the rest of the country.
