LONGVIEW - The City of Longview announces temporary street closures in the downtown area during the annual AlleyFest event, which is held the first weekend of June in downtown Longview.
Streets closed from 6:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 7:
· Tyler St. from Center St. to Fredonia St.
· Fredonia St. from Cotton St. to Whaley St.
· Center St. from Cotton St. to Tyler St.
Streets closed from 4:30 p.m., Friday, June 5 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 7:
· Center St. from Cotton St. to Methvin St.
· Methvin St. from Center ST. to Fredonia St.
The intersection of Whaley St. and Fredonia St. will temporarily open during AlleyFest, but will close the following week to complete construction of the northwest corner.
