Structure fire in Longview

Firefighters were called to the scene of a structure fire in Longview Tuesday night.

It took place at the Parkway Gardens Apartments off the 29-hundred block of McCann Road.

Officials say, the fire is was minimal.

And, they say, it appears to have started in a kitchen left unattended.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

It remains under investigation.
