Interesting times

Life sure gets complicated.

All the hubub about the Imam wanting to the build the mosque at Ground Zero.

We've covered this ground before.

Like I said two weeks go, he has the right to do it, but it's just flat wrong.

All the libs and inteligencia want it built because that's what our nations is built upon- free speech.

Now, there is a pastor in Florida with a congregation so small I can fit them into our newsroom who wanted to burn the Koran, but backed down today. They took the White House, Department of Justice and State Department and an army general captive because they don't want this to happen. It's outrageous, it's disrespectful and wrong.

And late today decided not to do it.

But this preacher had a right to burn the Koran.

What was that about free speech?

Am I for burning the Koran? No.

General David Petraeus says it would have put troops on harms way.

Weren't 3,000 people put in harms way on 9/11?

It's ok with the inteligencia when radicals burn the flag.

That's ok.

Burn a bible, sure. But let's not make the Muslims mad.

Also, the Ground Zero Imam sent a veiled threat saying if you don't build it, others in his faith will get mad and may attack.

Outrage? Not from the left.

But when a preacher says he wants to burn the Koran-outrage.

We live in interesting times.
