The Jacksonville Daily Progress reports; Cherokee County Commissioners approved Pattillo, Brown & Hill L.L.P. for the upcoming Sept. 30 audit.
Pct. 2 Commissioner Kevin Pierce made the motion to approve and Pct. 3 Commissioner Katherine Pinotti opposed it.
Pinotti cited concerns about Cherokee County not receiving enough attention during the audit process.
