TYLER - A hearing for the John Tyler High School student who is accused of stabbing his teacher, Todd Henry, will take place Monday.
The Supreme Court recently ordered Byron Truvia to get a complete mental diagnostics study.
Monday's hearing is simply a detention hearing.
