Tyler stabbing at house party

On October 9, 2010 at approximately 1:36 a.m. the Tyler Police Department was contacted by Trinity Mother Frances hospital personnel regarding an individual that had stabbed. Officers responded to the hospital and briefly spoke with the victim before he was sent to surgery for non life-threatening injuries. During this time officers learned the incident occurred at 514 W. Barrett Ave. during a late night party. The suspect was later identified by the victim, who stated the suspect immediately fled the scene following the incident. The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the suspect's involved in this crime are urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers, at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case, or any, felony case.
