TYLER - Tyler Police have reason to believe a wanted man is on the loose in East Texas, armed with a shotgun. According to Tyler Police Spokesman Don Martin, the case began when a man fired shots at a woman in Nacogdoches County.
Police say after the incident in Nacogdoches County, he came to Tyler, where his ex-wife lives. He is reported to have chased her around and threatened her early this morning. Officers are trying to determine if he also fired shots at her.
There is an active warrant for the man's arrest now. The man, whose identity has not yet been released, is wanted for deadly conduct.
Tyler Police say because of the man's emotional state, they are also trying to find him.
