TYLER - Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison kicked off her race for Governor Monday.
And Tuesday, she brought what she calls her "Texas Can Do Better" campaign to Tyler.
Senator hutchison spoke at the Women's Building about unemployment, education and taxes.
She says taxes are up, there's not enough health care and we've lost too many jobs under Governor Rick Perry's leadership.
The Senator also says, Perry has been Governor too long, and if she's elected Governor, she wants term limits.
Hutchison also took a shot at TX-DOT.
She called the agency— "arrogant."
