TOKYO –Toyota has issued a world wide recall for over 1.5 million cars.
The recall includes over 700,000 vehicles here in the United States.
The models affected by the latest recall in the U.S. include the 2005 and 2006 Avalon, 2004 through 2006 non-hybrid Highlander and Lexus RX330, and 2006 Lexus GS300, IS250, and IS350 vehicles.
The vehicles are being called back due to break fluid and fluid pump issues.
No accidents have been caused by the issues.
In the past year, Toyota has recalled over ten million cars and trucks for various issues.
