TYLER - It's that time of year again, deer season. As many hunters head out to bag their own buck, Mac Woods of The Shootist in Tyler says, this could be a good year for hunters. The season which starts November 6th runs all the way to January 2nd for East Texans. Last year more than half a million deer were taken down by hunters. This year with the growing population, one East Texan says there's no better time to be a hunter.
