DALLAS (AP) - The Associated Press reports that six people were hurt after a major car crash on the Interstate 30 bridge west of downtown Dallas.
According to police reports, a tractor-trailer rig slammed into the rear of a cement truck. The impact flipped the cement truck over the center barrier and crashed into an oncoming 18-wheeler and four passenger vehicles.
The crash shut down the traffic in both directions for six hours before it was reopened. Traffic went back to normal around 7:00 p.m. The six, who were in the passenger vehicles, were taken to Dallas hospitals. Two are in critical condition.
