CHEROKEE COUNTY - It happened on County Road 3303, just outside of Jacksonville.
Right now, officials are looking for a vehicle matching the description of the shooter's get-a-way car.
Details are slim, but we do know, the victim is a 73-year-old man.
He was taken to a local hospital.
