Michigan hires Brady Hoke from San Diego State
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - LSU athletic director Joe Alleva says
Les Miles is remaining as the Tigers' coach.
Miles met with officials from Michigan on Monday evening about
the Wolverines head coaching job and Alleva says Miles notified him
on Tuesday morning that he's staying in Baton Rouge.
Miles has a 62-17 record, five bowl victories and one national
title with the Tigers in the previous six seasons.
Rich Rodriguez last week was fired as Michigan coach with a
15-22 mark in three seasons.
