Police officials say the name of the driver is Lucas White.
Tyler police Sgt. Matt Smyser tells KETK that the man in the rollover accident was driving while intoxicated. Smyser says he lost control of his vehicle and caused it to roll.
Reports show that he was wearing a seat belt. He did suffer injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The 31-year-old Tyler man has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
His name has not been released.

KETK reporter Ashley Aldrich reports that one man is injured in the rollover that happened overnight. When she arrived on scene, crews were putting the totaled pick-up truck on a wrecker.
Tyler police say the 31-year-old male suffered a possible broken arm and mild abrasions. No word yet if he was wearing a seat belt or not.
Police are investigating into how the truck flipped.

Around midnight this morning, Tyler police were dispatched to a rollover accident at Highway 271 and Highway 155 going to Winona.
No injuries are reported at this time.
Ambulance crews are also responding to the scene.
