Some bad news for those of you who like a big breakfast.
A new study shatters the myth that eating a large meal in the morning can help you lose weight.
German researchers followed 400 people for several weeks, tracking their daily caloric intake.
Those who consumed large breakfasts ate the same amount at lunch and dinner than those who had a lighter breakfast, racking up 400 more calories a day.
Researchers say, reducing your calories at breakfast could help with weight loss, but don't skip breakfast altogether.
That may lead you to snack on less healthy foods for the rest of the day.
