TYLER - After recent shooting sprees nationwide, that have left 11 officers shot, authorities are worried a new "war on cops" is on the rise. It's January, and already 14 police officers have been killed in the line of duty. This number is competitive with last year's at this time. In 2010 alone, 162 police officers were killed in the line of duty. Is this a sign that our country is regressing back and has a growing lack of respect for law enforcement officials? If so, what's to blame? Coming up today on KETK, LIVE @ 5, we talk to local experts on the issue.
