OVERTON - On Thursday evening, Rusk County Sheriff's officials and Henderson Police served a drug search warrant at a house in Overton. That's where they found suspected crack cocaine, powder cocaine, marjijuana, alprazolam, diazepam, heroin and a gun.
54-year-old Don Paul Haynes, 39-year-old Christopher Marlo Florence and 51-year-old Frances Irene Jernigan Haynes were arrested at the scene.
On Friday, officials charged Don Paul Haynes and Frances Haynes with both manufacturing and possession of drug charges. Christopher Florence was also charged with drug manufacturing and possession charges, plus unlawful possession of a firearm.
All three suspects remain in the Rusk County Jail.
