Cyclist Lance Armstrong says he's giving up the sport, this time for good.
He initially retired in 2005 then returned in 2009.
The 39-year-old Texan came back after battling cancer to win the Tour de France a record seven times.
Armstrong said he wants to spend more time with his family including his 5 kids plus supporting the fight against cancer, and working with his foundation.
