TYLER -- Texas Department of Transportation officials say they plan to finish resurfacing work on West Loop 323 in and around the SH 64 intersection Friday evening. That work will start at 7:30 p.m. and continue throughout the night.
TxDOT Public Information Officer Larry Krantz says the unusually warm temperatures will be ideal for night work. Resurfacing was originally scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday this week, but weather and material issues delayed the project.
Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid traffic delays.
