Bullard to join other Texas citys with Tree City USA designation
Bullard---The Daily Progress is reporting; Bullard will soon become member in a special group of Texas cities.
March fifth is the scheduled start of planting of some 35 oak trees along a path stretching from Bullard High School to The Brook Hill School.
It's a project between The Boy Scouts, Bullard Rotary and AAA Grass and Stone.
Bullard City Manager: Larry Morgan told The Daily Progress: “The Rotary Club, here in Bullard, wanted Bullard to become a Tree City USA, and so they have purchased 50 trees to start the program off with.”
