ARLINGTON —
1 found dead, 1 injured at North Texas church Police have found a man dead and a woman
injured inside a church in a Dallas-Fort Worth suburb.
Arlington police spokeswoman Tiara Richard said a friend of a
worker at the NorthPointe Baptist Church in northern Arlington was
having trouble reaching the worker and went to the church.
Walking around the church, the friend looked in a church window, saw
someone lying motionless on the floor and called police.
Officers found the man dead and the woman injured. Richard said
the woman was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in nearby Fort
Worth.
No other details were being released.
However, Richard said officers are searching for the woman's car - a cream-colored,
four-door 2007 Mitsubishi Galant with a Texas license plate of DFR
352.
