CHEROKEE COUNTY — The Cherokee County Grand Jury returned a 'No Bill' regarding allegations that County Commissioner Katherine Pinotti broke the law.
Pinotti was under investigation for authorizing repairs to Patterson Lane, formerly County Road 3427.
