Henderson, TX — Shocking video of an East Texas teen leading police on a high speed chase.
All because the teens mom tried to take her cell phone away.
It happened Wednesday afternoon shortly after 6 p.m. in Rusk County.
Authorities tell KETK the teen took off after the mom tried to punish her daughter for skipping school.
When sheriff deputies attempted to pull the teen over she took off.
She lead authorities on a chase that reached speeds of 100 mph.
The chase ended when spike strips took out two tires.
The 14 year old was charged with evading arrest.
