HOUSTON — Former Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack baseball player Kevin Crabtree was arrested after he was caught running onto the field at a Houston Astros game Friday night at Minute Maid Park, according to multiple sources.
It was reported on both myfoxhouston.com and thesmokinggun.com that Crabtree was at the game
celebrating his 27th birthday. After getting on the field in the bottom of the ninth inning of the Astros’ game against the New York Mets, he ran from officers trying to catch him, eventually climbing up part of the stadium, according to the report.
