What: 29th Annual Rose City Chili Cookoff, Tyler Texas
When: March 6, 2010
Where: Gander Mountain – Hwy 69 South
What time: Gates open at 11:00

$3 donation includes tasting cup. Concession, Arts & Crafts vendors will also be set-up.
Registration begins at 8:00 AM Saturday. Goody bags to first 25 registered cooks.
CASI sanctioned cookoff - $20 entry fee, turn in at 2:00 PM. For CASI chili cooking rules, go to www.chili.org [2] ; click on Resource Center, then Official Rule Book.
Other competitions include a bean cookoff, $5 entry, turn-in at 12 noon, 50/50 payback; Junior division chili for ages 17 and under, $5 entry fee, turn-in at 1:00. Wings competition, $10 entry, turn-in at 3:00, wings provided, 50/50 payback.
Proceeds to benefit Camp Tyler Foundation.
Judges are needed for all areas of competition.
