SMITH COUNTY — The Smith County SPCA posted the following information and video on their YouTube page:

Under the authority of the Smith County District Attorney's Office, the SPCA of Texas seized 61 dogs from a suspected puppy mill on Thursday, May 26, 2011. For more, visit www.spca.org/smithcounty052611 [1].
