Jury reaches verdict after 45 minutes of deliberation
Marshall, TX — The Longview News Journal is reporting; After a two day trial, Wednesday, a Harrison County jury found County Commissioner Jeffrey Thompson not guilty of driving while intoxicated.
The News Journal reports Thompson was found not guilty after jurrors deliberated for about 45 minutes. Thompson was arrested Oct. 20, 2009, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
