Authorities look to solve a nine year old missing person case
Missouri City — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; The Missouri City Police Department and Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office have been conducting an investigation that may resolve a nine-year-old missing persons case.
A warrant was issued and on Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Richard Mendoza, 26, of Fresno in connection with the incident.
