Mother said she found sexually explicit messages on daughter's facebook page.
Klein — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; A science teacher at Cy-Fair’s Alternative Learning Center East Campus, Toan Quoc Nguyen, 26, is charged with online solicitation of a minor after a mother said she found sexually explicit messages from him on her 16-year-old daughter’s Facebook.
Her daughter attends school in Klein.
