JACKSONVILLE — The State Department of Child Care Licensing tells KETK, they are looking into allegations of unnecessary discipline on a three-year old boy at a Jacksonville, TX daycare. Tuesday, KETK spoke with both the mother of the child and the owner of that daycare. The mother, Samantha Douglas, tells KETK she's upset and believes a daycare employee at Kids N Motion, in Jacksonville, hit her son in the mouth, for saying a bad word; but the owner of the daycare, Patricia Hetmer, who's been in business 29 years, says that simply isn't true.
