Highway 31 wreck sends 1 to hospital

Gregg County — One man is taken to the hospital after he ran his truck into the back of a semi on Highway 31 near Interstate 20.

Gregg County officials say the man hit the truck at around 11:30 a.m. after failing to control his speed.

The driver of the truck was taken a local hospital with minor injuries. No one else was injured in the wreck.

Investigators are still determining who is at fault for the wreck and have not ticked either driver.
