MESQUITE, Texas — (AP) - President Barack Obama is naming names - again.
Last month, he singled out House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell for opposing his jobs bill.
On Tuesday, he scolded House Republican leader Eric Cantor, challenging Cantor to explain to out-of-work Americans why he's blocking a House vote on the entire $447 billion package.
Cantor has said the House will vote only on the parts agreeable to Republicans.
Visiting a community college near Dallas, Obama asked how Cantor can object to keeping school teachers in classrooms and putting construction workers back on the job.
He urged Republicans to put their cards on the table.
And later he said: "Do your job, Congress!"
