3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound baby spinach
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Heat two tablespoons of the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, until spinach is completely wilted.
You might need to add it a little at a time, depending on the size of your skillet.
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in sugar and soy sauce.
Remove from heat. Add salt to taste.
Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sesame oil and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
