TYLER - Construction work at the intersection of Tyler's Loop 323 and Old Jacksonville Highway begins Monday.
Crews will begin the two-month project by breaking out part of the medians on Loop 323 to add a second left-turn lane in each direction onto Old Jacksonville.
Crews will also be re-surfacing Old Jacksonville Highway between Grande Boulevard and Broadway through May.
