World wide candle light remembrance

TYLER, TX (KETK) - — At the Crossroads Community Church in Tyler, the room was filled with people who have been affected by the loss of a child.

And was an atmosphere where they could feel comfortable.

The event was put on by the Compassionate Friends, an organization designed to give assistance to family members who have lost a child, no matter what the age.

And it was a scene that many say should be present more often.

It is a community that understands one another, at a time when it can be the hardest, at Christmas

And no matter when you lost you loved one, on this night, everyone mourned, and remembered together.
