Houston man makes “10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders” list

Williams is wanted for a parole violation

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; A Houston man has made the Texas Department of Public Safety’s “Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders” List, officials said.

Reginald O’Keith Williams, 42, is wanted for a parole violation for failure to register as a sex offender. He is described as a black male, 5-feet-6 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds.
