police say a strong-armed robbery was attempted
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Around 5:30am a consultant for the university was approached by two males after they jumped out from behind some bushes.
One of the men reached for the consultant’s backpack, and the victim struck him with his computer case. The two men then fled toward Main Street.
