Should government "butt-out" of private sector?

Jacksonville: latest city eyeing smoking ordinance

Tyler — Jacksonville could possibly join the list of other East Texas comunities who have a smoking ordinance on the books barring restaurants and bars from allowing smoking. 

Many larger cities also enforce a ban on eateries and bars inside city limits. East Texans talk-back on the ordinance and if government should have more of a say in what goes on in the private sector.
