tyler — The presidential campaign chugs along with republicans now stepping all over themselves to try and top Mitt Romney.
Some of the mist misguided comments are coming from newt Gingrich and Texas Governor Rick Perry.
Last week, I thought I was watching MSNBC or another liberal outlet when I heard from two so-called bastions of conservatism tearing down the Republican front runner with left-wing attacks.
Now Gingrich's super PAC is going after Mitt Romney as an evil corporate raider.
They say the former head of the Bain corporation was snapping up struggling companies and eating them alive for cash and throwing them along the roadside.
By the way, all the fact-checkers have found a lot of holes in this argument.
Then you have Rick Perry, I guess having a flashback from his more liberal days when he campaigned for Al Gore. He was calling Romney a vulture capitalist, accusing Mitt of the same things that the liberals are now talking about.
As I have mentioned before it's not uncommon and perfectly legal for companies like hedge fund groups
infusing money to keep a company alive and running it the way they want.
The left is laughing hard at what's going on right now, but they need not look any farther than a mirror to see
their own hypocrisy.
It's called the General Motors bailout.
A struggling company which has made to many bad investments and was going down the tubes is suddenly
rescued by a knight with a garbage can load of cash to save it.
That's called Barak Obama and the United States government.
That's the same thing they are trying to accuse Romney of.
Funny how it's called one thing for one side and another for a differing side.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
