California company buys old Goodyear Plant in Tyler

TYLER — The lights could soon be back on in Tyler's old Goodyear Plant.

Tom Mullins with Tyler's Economic Development Council says, IRG Industrial purchased the building.

Based in California, the company has a history of buying old industrial buildings.

6 different companies have showed interest in the building since Goodyear closed back in 2008.
