Virginia latest state to try and mandate public schools allow home-schooled students chance to play
Tyler — Virginia gov. Bob McDonnell and a republican-dominated senate have given new life to an effort to pass legislation that would give permission to homeschooled students to play on athletic teams of their local public schools.
