LINDALE — It's the talk of the town for many in east Texas.
Collin Street Bakery is now open for business in Lindale, right off of 1-20 at the Hideaway exit.
Employees tell KETK it's been open for about two months now, and business is thriving so far.
It's the fourth location for the more than a century-old bakery name, which not only sells a plethora of treats and breads, but serves lunch and dinner, too.
Head Baker Mike Reyes tells me the baked goods are sent over from the Corsicana location twice a week.
Customers say they think the new spot is a great one for travelers coming to and from Dallas and Shreveport.
They also tell KETK it's a much needed new option for them, because there is no bakery like it close by.
Reyes says the fifth location is about to break ground in Greenville.
