Kilgore College will offer a kinesiology class that will allow participants to become a certified lifeguard in only three weekends.
The class, held at the Parks Fitness Center swimming pool, is set for the weekends of April 13-15, 20-22 and 27-29.
Class will be held on Fridays from 2 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
Participants must be 16 years of age and must have taken a placement test to meet state requirements for the Texas Success Initiative (TSI).
