Agencies to review Hallsville Police Department’s policies, procedures

Hallsville — Two agencies have been called to the Hallsville Police Department to review the department’s policy and procedures, and a third will be reviewing financial documents in April.

The agencies are being brought in a month after the Hallsville City Council voted 3-2 to reinstate Police Chief Greg Scott, Sgt. Mack Fuller and officer T.C. Livingston, who Medrano terminated Dec. 28 for policy violations.
